Scheduling and cancellations
Each appointment slot is reserved for one patient, so advance notice lets us offer a released time to someone else who needs it.
When you need to change an appointment, we ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice whenever possible. Keep in mind the office is closed Friday through Sunday, so a Monday change should be called in the preceding Thursday.
Billing and your portion
We bill your insurance for you and work to maximize your benefits, but final coverage is set by your plan.
Insurance contracts are complex and coverage varies by plan, so any figure we quote before the insurer responds is a good-faith estimate. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. Our team is available to answer coverage questions and, where useful, help you understand your benefits.
