Your first visit begins with a complete set of records, followed by your consultation with Dr. Fallah and a discussion of your options. You leave with a written diagnosis and plan — not a commitment.
Records, then your consultation
The visit has three parts: the records that let Dr. Fallah reach a full diagnosis, your consultation and clinical examination with her, and a discussion of what she finds.
Records include a low-radiation CBCT airway evaluation and an AAO screening questionnaire — a standard part of intake for every patient, not an add-on. Screening the airway lets Dr. Fallah connect an orthodontic problem to how a patient breathes, sleeps, and develops, and treat with the full picture in view. When imaging shows something beyond the orthodontic scope, she refers to a pediatric ENT.
After she reviews your records, you receive a clinical diagnosis, a written summary of the findings, and a detailed plan that outlines the treatment, its goals, and the estimated fees. The time is built for questions — from patients and parents alike — and for a candid conversation about the diagnosis, the recommendation, and any reasonable alternatives.
