The practice funds local schools through Partners in Education and joins surgical missions treating cleft lip and palate abroad. Both are standing commitments — not one-time gestures.
Every treatment plan funds a local school.
Partners in Education (PIE) links each patient to the school they attend. Starting treatment enrolls that school in a donor pool the practice pays out directly.
When a patient begins treatment, their school is credited toward a collective donation. A representative from the school’s PTA visits the office to collect a check for the combined total of every patient enrolled from that school. To date, the program has directed more than $35,000 to schools in the North Richland Hills area.
The mechanism is deliberately simple: no separate fundraiser, no appeal to patients for extra money. Choosing care here is what funds the contribution.
Surgical missions for cleft lip and palate.
Beyond the office, Dr. Fallah has joined medical-mission teams treating cleft lip and palate in Venezuela and Colombia — clinical work in the same specialty, for patients without access to it.
Cleft lip and palate care sits at the intersection of orthodontics and craniofacial surgery. Mission work brings that care to children who would otherwise go without it, and it keeps the practice’s clinical focus pointed at function and development rather than appearance alone.

The practice supports a range of educational and community organizations. Priority is given to current patients, and not every request can be approved.
